Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Vitko, Inc. handles information in connection with this website. It also covers the Vitko Runners waitlist at runners.vitko.inc. Neither site offers user accounts or payment forms.

Information we receive

Our hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested path, referring page, and request time to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we receive the address, content, and metadata associated with your message.

If you join the Vitko Runners waitlist, we receive your email address and, if you choose to answer the optional questions after confirming, details such as your GitHub organization, current CI setup, rough CI spend and role. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address for up to a day to limit abuse. We send one email to confirm your address; if you do not confirm within 30 days, we delete your entry. We use the waitlist only to contact you about Vitko Runners.

On runners.vitko.inc we count visits and signups on our own servers, without cookies. For each visit we record the referring website, any campaign tags in the link, your country, and an anonymous code that changes every day. The code is calculated from, but does not store, your network address and browser. We do not record your email address with these counts, and neither site uses third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

How we use information

We use this information to operate and secure the site, respond to messages, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Infrastructure and communications providers process information on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting and waitlist storage) and Resend (waitlist email). We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about, or delete, personal information you submitted to us, including your waitlist entry. Applicable law may provide additional access, correction, or deletion rights.
